Mental health is horrible, so is physical but at least its there, you can feel it diagnose it, treat it, but anxiety manifests in so many ways, it is really hard, I completely get it and empathize with you. But we have to soldier on, find something to help with it, otherwise it will get the better of us 👍☺

Oh OK, go and see your gp, or at least speak to some 1,  I don't take meds but I do have them (diazepam) as and when needed, but I do my best to get by without, I don't want to be reliant on meds, mine is mainly health anxiety tho, find something that helps, running , gym, reading stuff that doesn't let you think and let your mind do overtime, because that is the worst thing, thinking about it and dwelling, it makes it so much worse, I hope you find something that works for you.

Yes I am the same, I started work when I was 16 and had no anxiety at all, I used to get it before school every so often but that then went away, but only last year has it really started to affect me, I'm currently at a temp job which I'm not enjoying as it's very boring and my anxiety is running wild but I'm toughing it out coz I have to sad as for these symptoms is best to see the doctor if your that worried but I'm sure it's just your mind playing tricks on you and that your health it probabally fine.
