Anxiety and dvla

Hi all I'm hoping for some positive feedback...basically I rang dvla just to enquire if I need to inform them of my anxiety and basically she's now said they are going to have to review it and sending me a fork out to fill in. I'm very worried as I'm a group 2 licence holder to (hgv) I'm on sertraline 100mg a day. Hopefully somebody out there is/has been in a similar situation and had a positive outcome? Thankyou in advance for advice and feedback.
