Hello, im 21 years old. About half a year ago i started getting this random chest pressure about once a month, and every time it happened i was in complete fear because i though i was going to die. I went to seek medical help every time i felt this, and everything with my heart semmed fine (electrocardiogram and blood tests). I started losing weight (my current weight is 100 kilos and i lost about 16 kilos) since my first time. Know about a month ago i started getting chest pressure and pressure in my left arm almost every two nights or so. Also, im a comic book fan and when i went to see batman v superman about a week ago i had the same shyptoms because i got really exited while watching the movie. I want to seek help from people who know about this or from someone who has/had felt this way. I want some advice in how to reduce anxiety because i think thats whats triggerimg these attacks. I want my life back, i dont want to have fear anymore. Thanks for reading this and i appreciate any help or corcern, really.

When you are feeling nervous attempt to consume three glasses of lavender tea each day.

Attempt to get outside in daylight that is organic for fifteen minutes each day.

Attempt to get 1-3  grams of omega 3s each day.

21 units is all it requires for workout to easily decrease signs of nervousness.

    Breathe in lavender.

    Add L-lysine to your diet.

try these thing and give me reply about improvement.

Ekg does not always show heart condition, ask your doctor to order a stress test for your heart, there is definitely something wrong, not to be ignored. I pray for wisdom for doctors.

Lavender does help... I get the same way when I have a panic attack... started a few months ago, out of the blue too... Found out I have a Vitamin D deficiency and it's just a simple blood test to find out.

and one more thing, Before getting medicine for an anxiety condition:

    • Request your physician to inform you concerning unwanted effects and the results of the medication he/she is recommending.

    • Inform your physician about any alternate treatments or higher-the-counter medicines you're applying.

When and just how the medicine is likely to be ceased • Request your physician. Some medicines cannot securely be ceased suddenly; they've to become tapered gradually under your physicianis guidance.

    • remember that some medicines are efficient in nervousness problems just so long as they're obtained frequently, once the medicines are stopped and signs might happen again.
