Anxiety and fear of loosing front teeth

for the past week my front top teeth have felt weird, like super sensitive but the rest of my teeth are fine. I brush and floss twice a day, as well as mouth wash. I do have heretitary bad gums and recession. Though the recession does not look too bad, I notice it. I can't afford to go to a dentist for a check up and cleaning and even welfare benefits only cover emergancy such as wisdom teeth, fillings, and removal. I'm constantly touching them with my tounge and fingers and they don't feel loose, and one of my fears is loosing my teeth...my mom (who smokes, I don't) lost her 2 front teeth in her 30's and I am 28 now. She now has no teeth as they all rotted. My main freak out is because I can not afford the proper care for my teeth or to get them examined sad Has anyone experienced this? Like it feels like pressure around the gums and teeth line. I have had my widsom teeth removed 5 years ago as well and never have had braces. I apologize that my post is all over the place, just have been in a state of panic.

It's the left one and the next two after it that are bothering me

One of the worst things you can do to your teeth, is to smoke and you say you don't.

Your teeth look beautiful!  What are you worrying about?

What country are you in, isn't there a Dental School that you could go to, where you let the students practise on you and because of that, you aren't charged anything?
