Anxiety and feeling breathless

ive suffered for a few years with anxiety and panic attacks and all the horrible symptoms that come with it but the last few days ive been experiencing the strangest sensation and im not sure wether its anxiety related. Its hard to try and explain it but its like I have a funny feeling in my chest then momentarily lose my breath and have to open my mouth to take a breath as it doesnt feel like breathing through my nose is getting enough air in. the sensation itself lasts for just a second or two but its causing me a lot of anxiety as its making me think there is something wrong.

if anyone else experiences this some reassurance would be much apprecieated as its constantly playing on my mind

Before panic attack started in 2014 I had this habit of taking long breadths from 2009 to 2012. Usually it caused me because of Anxiety which I had that time but slowly and gradually it decreases with the treatment of anxiety..... Still I get Panic Attacks but I do control it .....
