Anxiety and Head shaking

I don’t know how to describe what happens but I would love some input if others experience this. The only way I can describe this is like having a full body chill where you shiver but it happens inside my head. It only lasts for a second but this morning I had a real big one. I was arguing with someone on the phone about my health insurance coverage and she couldn’t find my application and I was freaking out on her when this happened. I do suffer from anxiety and I know these “shivers” could be from that but I just need to know if anyone else experiences this. Again that is the best way to describe it don’t know how else to say it. Thanks for any help

Hi there, I am new to this site. I suffer bad from all the colourful things anxiety and panic disorder brings. But anxiety gets me in soo many ways. But one of the things I get is like a fuzzy head for a brief moment I can tell you that it's not somthing u want to worry about bcoz it will just end up making it worse. Stress is a powerful thing makes you feel pain from ur toes to ur head.

Yeah it gets you in ways that can be very hard to explain. It's not good is it. Best thing to do is avoid stressful situation, I know it's easier said than done

Thanks. I wish I could stop. Today I am stressing about git’s I normally give to my husbands step grandchildren which I have done for the past 5 years but we got married last week and my husband told me I don’t need to give now but I feel guilty. When I tell you up until two years ago I this wouldn’t have bothered me but after I had an incident two years ago everything bothers me. Thanks for listening it actually helps when I am writing this knowing I am not alone. Happy holidays to you

    Hello

It sounds like you have been stressed when on the phone. Try Breathing Technique

Breath in through your nose, breath deep and slowly out mouth that will hopefully help
