    Oh my Judy...

Where to start.. There are many many  people who anx and focus on BP or HR, And thats what ends up causing health anxiety.

Try very hard not to keep checking your BP.. just have it checked at a clinic every 6 months.

I had HB and had to go on meds and just have it tested at the surgery every 6  months. If i read it myself on a regular basis it would drive me crazy.

I started doing that with My heart rate on my fit bit but am only allowing myself once a week because it was making be anxious even though i knew that it HR changes with every movement.

So please dont do it 😊😊

It is a common problem as so you are not unusual.

When some people go to the Doctor regards high blood pressure the medics in places call it the Anxiety seeing the Doctor, so the blood pressure rises and the Doctor may have to take several repeat tests to work out a constant reading.

If you are seeing a Specialist, possibly the blood pressure will go high so again they will have to repeat the test again

    Stress while rise blood pressure.

Depending on age if a Pensioner you may be prescribed Statins to control you blood pressure

I went through this. Awful. I cant even get the bp reading in an urgi center the second they come at me with the cuff its high. But not in my drs or at home. Because if this exact thing i learned mindful exercises. Best thing  usually have to take it twice but i tell them give me one minute and i do the mindful belly breathing exercise they take it amd it goes way down. I tried beta blockers they felt like toxic poison to me and caused horrid issues so im left with mindful exercises and juicing. Fresh holy basil and ginger and celery juice. Best three ingredients i use. I try very hard to never focus on it lord knows that makes a mess of it all. And walking and drink water. You can get this managed if it anxiety related. I did. That bp isnt even bad for anxiety by the way the cardio told me people hit 200/100. I was 160 something over one hundred something and got it back to normal. So it is very very possible to do. Took six weeks of constantly doing the mindful exercises.  A few times a day and one day i felt it work. Then i knew i got this. So look into that its great stuff.

    Hi Judy.

My Bp was high last summer and I've been paranoid about it ever since

the more het up about it the worse it will get.

i get my GP to check it every time a go but stay off my home one.

i to thought I was going to die, felt my life was out of my own hands.

listening to my heart pounding every night scare me silly

in my experience Anxiety can make your BP fluctuate.

Bless you I know just how you are Feeling.

Home monitors tend to read higher.

Doctors are calibrated so more accurate
