yeah, sometimes I kinda get the chills when I am just sat there or I feel my ears starting to burn up for no reason. I normally know that is starting something!

Anxiety can seem to cause warmth in the face and heat around the neck.

You can also feel differing feverish feelings when we get anxious, sometimes some people will become dizzy with the stress and concerns when worried about something.

That is fairly common with anxiety, Elaine. Have you seen a doctor. If not, go do that for yourself.

the mind and body of someone with anxiety can produce so many symptoms it is truly amazing. We have to keep reminding ourselves that these are only thoughts, and the products of thoughts. This is the left brains territory.

Switching to right brain is amazing in its ability to take us out of that mental space. The right brain, to oversimplify, is the creative side. Anything creative shifts our mind, emotions and focus a whole different way. Many people here just love adult coloring books..heavy creative focus. I dance to my favorite oldies, a friend plays guitar, etc. Try it...you will be surprised, Elaine. Hugs
