anxiety and how long d chest pains last?

i been dealing with anxiety for the last 2 months and i get chest discomforts and the more i worry the worse it gets but just today i started to get like not a really bad pain but like kind of a sore pain on my upper left chest and it kinda calmed down but it wouldnt go away its kinda going away but i had i there for like 2 or 3 hours i think cause i kept on geting worried

    Hi Homersaints. You'll find that your symptoms manifest differently over the course of your episodes. Get your GP to check you out but try not to worry as this does make things worse. I went to GP this morning and have been reassured but I do have to have blood tests now. Lots of us go through this. You're not alone.

      look i know this may sound silly but whats is GP im kinda new to my anxiety but i been to the hospital they did some blood test for f i had any infections or and they did ekgs and xrays but everythng came out fine they said my heart sounded well to and yes i know when you sorry more it gets worse i been dealing with anxiety for 2 months i think how long have you and what do you feel when you get it do you get pains and discmforts and if yes where do you get the pains if you can reply i would be thankful im only 23 i know im still young but i mean you can get anxiety at any moment

      Hi

      I get chest pains, pains in my ribs and awful palpatations.  I finf Rescue Remedy spray gets me through and calms me down very much.  I have also stopped drinking caffeine and drink decaf coffee and camomile tea only and that aslo helps me alot.  I have noticed a massive difference.

      GP. General Practitoner (Doctor). I'm in the UK so forgive the terminology. I've had anxiety for 4 years. I've had palpitations, fluttering in chest, concrete lump in chest, aches etc, shortness of breath. When you stress you can also upset your digestive system. Avoid caffeine and drink plenty of fluids such as squash or water. Try and distract yourself. It will pass but can take time.

      Exact same hung happened to me the dr told me my heart sounds fine but I just started I'm scared like school is about to start for me and this is my senior year I need my sleep Everytime I try to sleep I jump uncontrollably

    i stopped drinking coke and i never really liked coffe and if you smoke you should also stop weell i dont but smoking causes the anxiety to and i stop eating less things with alot of sugar wich it may trigger panic attacks to cause of the sugar rush im only 23 i know im young but i mean still dealing with anxiety really sucks but soon you will see we will all get  better keep positive and i know anxiety is different for everyone we all get it different

    I deal with this now omg Everytime I try to sleep I jump up like I have no control over myself and my chest hurts and I feel dizzy until I stop thinking about it and distract my mind like I cannot sleep I just wanna cry Bc school is 2 weeks away and I'm graduating this year I need my sleep and it's been happening since june9 my friend died and every since I just been paranoid
