Anxiety and insomnia - anyone take medication within 24 hours of premethazine

hi, ive had terrible insomnia for tge last couple of months. ive been taking premethazine 25mg for tge last couple of weeks. it works well but tge last couple of nights its stopped working. last night i took 50mg and then another 25mg at 8am, but it didnt work. i want to try something else tonight, does anyone know if its ok to have one glass of wine, or a different type if sleep aid. practice nurse said i could

try zopliclone, although this didnt work for me before. i dont want to take anytging that might interact but am going mad with the anxiety of another nighht witgout sleep. does anyone take any combinations of drugs with permathazine in same 24 hr period?
