Anxiety and loss of appetite

I have suffered with anxiety for the last 15years, ive been on and off medication, i decided to go back on sertraline last week but took 2 tablets and had awful panic attacks during the night, i haven't taken any tablets since Wednesday but ever since i have has the worst anxiety and i feel sick and have little of no appetite. My 5 yr old took covid last sunday and it has been very stressful so i always knew my anxiety would play up but i want to know does anyone else lose their appetite/feel sick when they have an anxiety attack??

    hi, i literally cant eat at all after having a panic attack and when i do try i just feel like gagging and have to run to the toilet. i also completely lost my appetite and had panic attacks when starting my medication 2 weeks ago and am constantly scared of having another one. Its most likely side effects of the meds

    With my health anxiety I am always poking and proding, checking my tummy etc, this week if i poke my sertnum it hurts does anyone do-this
