Anxiety and low back pain

Hi just wondering if anyone has similar symptoms with their anxiety. I'm going to see my GP this week as it worries me. I'm currently on bp medication which generally works well keeping my bp at an average of 137/70. I'm 57 by the way. I still occasionally get surges of 180/90 when anxious. After a few minutes it always returns to 130/70.
It scares the life out of me. I also get lower back pain which comes and goes. I also get what appears to be bubbly/foamy urine at times. When I used to google search my symptoms I get kidney disease. I don't do this anymore as I know it can terrify you. I have been suffering from anxiety for 6 years now in that time I've had a load of tests which have all come back normal. Cat scans/ultrasounds X-rays ecgs etc. This includes an ER visit this year and at least 3 blood/ urine tests this year alone.
I'm aware when you look up an illness you can get the symptoms of that illness.
I guess it's the bp surges that scare me. My GP assures me it anxiety doing this to me. I read through the forums a bit and not many people seem to have major bp issues when anxious. Thanks for reading.

My BP was tested last night at A&E as I took myself to hospital due to chest pains and anxiety.
My BP was 130/40 which to me is too low but the triage nurse said it was fine, what do you think?

Hi Laura the first number is fine the second number is low but that might be normal for you. If the triage nurse said it was ok I guess they know what they are doing. They wouldn't send you home if they were concerned. My bp is crazy at times but the doctors don't seemed to be concerned about it. I guess we have to trust our Drs. I hope this helps.

Hi Mark,
I do tend to have low BP but when I told my family what it was, they all gasped as if it was bad!!! I am going to go to my medical centre on Monday as they have a BP monitor for people to use so I'm going to test it and see what the readings are.
Can low blood pressure cause lightheadedness etc???

Hi Laura please don't worry about it to much I would trade my high bp for low bp anytime. From what I've read low bp does cause light headness and dizzy feelings especially when standing up quickly.
This whole bp thing has consumed my life for the last 6 years. If I read about high bp it says you rush to the ER as it is a hypertensive crisis! When I have gone there Drs don't seem to be that concerned.
I truly wish this whole internet was never invented Googleing my symptoms is what started this anxiety journey. I don't do it anymore but years ago my search results told me I had all sorts of dire illnesses. After 6 years I'm still here! Again try not to worry and let it consume you like it did me.
