Am on my 3rd day of the, the first day I did fell alittle spaced out, just felt abit sicky and dry mouth, the sore heads pass, don't have them all day and night, just sometimes, I've definitely felt something starting them, my mum said the first time I took them I seemed a lot more talkative, it's too early to tell where they're gonna go for me, but I've defiantly felt different, I think if something isn't working for you, it's worth giving them a try, I'll keep you updated on how I get on with them

I was prescribed Paxil for my first time. I hated it! It gave me horrible head aches and I couldn't think straight. I stopped at 3 weeks. But people's bodies react differently to medication. My body is really sensitive to medication! My doctor then switched me from Paxil to Celexa. Huge difference for me. She said a lot of people who don't like Paxil take celexa instead. Your sore head is a side effect. Try relaxing or keep your mind occupied to not focus so much on the headache. This is my opinion on the Paxil, if you have problems with it, try asking for celexa smile
