Anxiety and sharp stomach pain?

Is this normal with anxiety to have sharp stomach pain out of nowhere? I rarely ever get sharp stomach pain with anxiety, but I'm worried if this is something serious or not. I'm on my monthly too, but on my 4th day and I don't really get any bad symptoms, just on the 1st and 2nd day mostly. Normally my anxiety symptoms are difficulty breathing, feel like I'm about to pass out, brain fog, feeling detached, numb hands and feet, blurry vision, feeling sick to my stomach, fatigue and I will feel weak. I'm not sure what to do though, I just started seeing a therapist a few weeks ago, still having a bit of a problem on how to control my anxiety. Any advice on how to cope with it better?

this is kind of long but I wanted to share a few things with you since I’ve had anxiety for many years.
long-term stress and anxiety can affect our bodies in many ways. There is a direct correlation between the brain and the gastrointestinal system. Long-term anxiety can cause stomach and intestinal issues. In my case I got gastritis from long-term anxiety. it’s very well controlled but I have to make sure the anxiety is managed well.
have you spoken with your doctor about the abdominal pains?
The vast majority of time it’s nothing serious but it’s always good to have a yearly check up anyway with your doctor. I would just say if it doesn’t go away let him or her know. Many times it’s indigestion, Gerd, gastritis or nothing going on at all.
your sensations very common with a high level of anxiety and stress. I have had all of those many times plus more.
so it’s important to know what to do when that happens. what I do is first of all, not overreact to it because when I do , it continues and gets worse. I just have a matter of fact attitude about it. Our mental attitude is super important!
4.no matter what even if I’m having anxiety sensations that are disturbing me, I make it a point to exercise at least four times a week. It actually helps to fight anxiety by releasing good hormones. if I get a sudden rush of adrenaline which causes my heart to beat faster and other crazy sensations, I will splash my face with cold water which has a reaction in the body to slow things down.
Take One day at a time. Do your best and move on. Don’t let the sensations make you feel fearful. As weird as they are, sensations from anxiety are not harmful. Most of them are caused by the adrenaline that is released which eventually fades.
You are going to be OK! We are joined by millions and millions of people around the world who have the same thing.
have a nice evening!
