Anxiety and stomach cramps?

I've been feeling nauseous as if I might puke but nothing has happened, I hate this feeling so much since I hate feeling ill, I'm also having symptoms of stomach cramps like if I have my period, but it's definitely not it since I just had it three weeks ago, dealing with headaches and feeling like I might pass out or fall over from my balance being off. I'm afraid to go outside since I feel like I will throw up. The symptoms have been constant for me. Are these normal anxiety symptoms? Normally I experience sweaty hands, tight chest and rapid heartbeats while also dealing with numbness on my legs and feet. Should I be concerned? If not, how can I treat myself to overcome my severe anxiety disorder?

nausea can be related to anxiety but it’s not one of the more common symptoms. Imbalance, stomach cramps headaches, intestinal cramping are associated with anxiety . however I always recommend getting a check up with your doctor just to make sure everything is OK. It could even be related to a virus but you won’t know for sure until you get checked out. See how you are feeling in a few days and if your symptoms are gone or diminished then you know it was most likely anxiety or a mild virus .stay hydrated with water to flush your system out. Try some warm herbal non-caffeinated tea or a good old chicken noodle soup. Take it easy .
