Anxiety and strange sensations inside the body?

I'm normally healthy , but I do suffer from severe anxiety that I really don't know how to control at all, unless I have someone next to me like a family member to calm me down. Today I noticed my whole body feels very weird, I'm having these warm chill sensations that's making me concerned while also dealing with a headache. My head feels hot as well like I have a fever, but I had someone to come check and they said it doesn't feel hot. Can anxiety cause these symptoms into thinking your life is in danger when it could be nothing is seriously wrong with me? I feel so off balanced and I'm having shortness of breath and I can't find anything to help me relax, since I feel like something is physically wrong with my health. It's really terrible and it's getting late as well, I'm afraid to fall asleep on how I'm feeling now.

Sorry you are going through this but it does it does sound like you are suffering from anxiety and the symptoms that it brings. Yes this happens all the time where somebody who has anxiety will feel like there is something seriously wrong with them. That is just the negative thoughts that anxiety causes. . anxiety can cause terrible scary thoughts but just remember they are not based on reality. They are only based on fear which is not fact.
all The sensations you’re having, shortness of breath, off-balance feeling, etc. are very common with anxiety! Don’t worry about going to sleep because that’s exactly what your body needs is rest.
consider speaking with a counselor about this so that they can give you some ideas on how to manage it better. Think about what in your life may be causing you anxiety and talk about it.
besides speaking with a counselor, go on YouTube and listen to some relaxing meditations for anxiety. I do this every night before I go to sleep and I fall asleep before it’s over. Lauren Ostrowski has lots of good ones but there’s hundreds on there. You’re going to be OK. try to not overthink this. It’s very common in millions and millions of people have the same issue as you do. Do you things that relax your mind and stay busy. Take a nice walk outside and enjoy nature, take a nice warm bath to relax, etc. I do recommend that everybody gets a complete physical check up at least once a year. take care!
