Hi Guys

Just wondered if anyone else have skin irritation/problems due to there severe Anxiety or Stress levels...

Iv started to notice for a while now, last month that my skin has appeared to become more sensitive.

Such as getting infections and ache on my body and scalp... And it's really gettinge down.

Unfortunately I feel I can't go to my docters anymore due to they put everythink under my Health anxiety and General anxiety'

I have had so many different physical sensation..

Such as body twitching, shaking, tingling, pin and needles... Just naming a couple. I have had a MRI of brain which came back clear and loads of blood work.. Such as the general and others like hepatitis and HIV that all come back fine negative.

Yes yes and yes! My whole body is over sensitive I feel every miserable ache and pain, I constantly feel like I have flu, my stomach churns so bad It feels like someone is wringing out my intestines! My skin is suffering also, my scalp flakes and I am getting boils! I can't sleep and have lost 14lb in a month!

    Are you on meds?

    Kind regards clare

Absolutely and unfortunately yes!! i would just like to feel physically 'numb' and mentally normal just for a day!!!!  I'm sure as with most things, these feelings will pass.  We just need to try and not fear them so our bodies get fed up with testing us. xx

I think a lot of people who post here can relate to this.  It may be differing conditions but it is the same story they are telling.  If you can learn to relax and not fret about illness and not worry about symptoms, hopefully things should improve.
