Anxiety and sun?!

Does anyone elses anxiety get 10 fold worse on hot sunny days like today? It's dreadful when it's a few days on the run.

I love summer but hate this feeling.

It's like I am locked in a constant panic state, I can't relax and enjoy the sun, I am constantly on the move and exhausted. No real attacks per say either, jusy physical symptoms 24/7 magnified by the sunshine.

I have hot flushes, shakes, a lot of dizziness, breathlessness, headaches and just feel hazy / body is heavy. My balance is completely off and I have tension everywhere, especially jaw and neck.

My anxiety is actually better in the summer, I think only bc I'm just usually more busy and distracted.

But as far as temp wise, etc. when I'm feeling anxious I want it to be cold lol I want to be able to take blankets and snuggle up, I feel more calm and relaxed that way. In the summer when I'm wearing just like shorts and tanktop I feel very open and vulnerable almost, compared to winter with big heavy jackets on. Weird but I def notice that haha

Yes it has been hot, also very close in the evenings  here and we have problems sleeping, also outside when the daytime is hot

Strange to say even in the UK we ware a hot to protect the top of our heads and neck, we also cover our arms to keep the sunlight of our skin. The symptoms are it would seen attached to the heat and we generally drink plenty fluids. What we do when sweating is drink cold water with a touch of salt in it, this will replace the salts in your sweat. If the heat causes loose stools, put some sugar with the salt in cold water this will help you keep hydrated.

In the house open windows and partly draw the curtains, this will help keep a room cool.
