Anxiety and upper abdominal pains

Hello everyone has anyone ever experienced upper abdominal pain like in between your ribs right in the middle below your heart, not like pain you press and feel or pain when you take a deep breath. More so it feels like a pinching burning and sometimes stabbing pain and i belch a lot and have a excessive amount of gas?

    Oh yes, was told a few years ago it was costochondritis 

    did go through some pain relief of steroid injections, 

    which were not very effective, and very painful, as they have to inject between each muscle, between the ribs..

    actial cause is varied, from lifting heavy objects, to intense exercise, but the pain is awful, 

    and stress makes it worse, some days I just want to lie down, as the pain is slightly eased, 

    my main pain relief are morphine patches..

    So weird I've been having this lately! I've had many diff physical symptoms from anxiety over the years, but this was something new and I wasn't sure if it was acid reflux or a hernia, or if it was just anxiety again.

    I feel like a fullness/dull pain right below my sternum, in between my ribs and above my stomach. I also belch a lot, and sometimes food or liquid comes up if I've just eaten. It sounds like acid reflux or something, but I'm not sure where it came from bc I'm not a bad eater. I'm wondering if maybe all the stress and anxiety I've had lately caused it? Idk if that's possible lol.

      Yeah same here ive had countless anxiety symptoms but this one is new to me and I dont eat horribly but the way I've been feeling you'd think I've been eating chees steak and double cheeseburgers back to back washing it down with fried chicken wings or something. I dont get it

      hahahaha same!!! I don't get it either! -_- My only guess is lately I have been eating a lot spicy foods bc I'm been on a mexican kick haha. So I'm wondering if that set it off...

      Noo I'm not in philly =) close tho, NY!

    Its happening right now as we speak , I get those alot alot , acid reflux with belching and burping , seliva coming up , i also tend to get stifness in my face and sometimes a headache with it , and i got checked out did tests everything and nothing is wrong my my abdominal or heart or anything so yeah i also suffer from alot of symtoms and they keep changing

    Yeah I think I’ve had that feeling, I also get side and under rib pressure as well. It’s probably just anxiety or maybe even acid reflux.
