Hi all. A week ago I decided to try vitamin B complex to help fight my anxiety. The first day was ok but the second day after taking it my anxiety got so severe I couldn't cope with that to the point my meds seemed not to work as well. I Googled and some people state the same happened to them as well. When I stopped Taking them and I took only 2, the 4 day it got slowly better. Have any of you had such experience?
