Anxiety and zoloft

My 17 year old daughter has been on zoloft for a year for anxiety disirder, ocd, and non-epileptic seizures (PNES). Within the last year and a half she has also developed daily chronic migraines. Once the dr increased her Zoloft to 100 mg we saw a majory decrease in anxiety and seizures, however migraines persisted and got worse. We have unsuccessfully tried multiple migraine preventatives until recently when we visited a headache clinic and the dr put her on keppra and a beta blocker and have suggested that she be taken off zoloft as it is contributing to the daily migraines and their intensity. With the help of the pediatrician she has re cently been weened off... A little too quickly i think and she is back to have bad anxiety, small seizures, and really bad daily migraines which is causing more stress. I feel like we took multiple steps backward. She has an appt thursday with psychiatrist and will be requesting to try a different anxiety med.. Is there any suggestions of things I can do to help get her through the next few days ? Shes been completely off of it for two weeks and its getting to the point where I almost want to put her back on it.

Would pregablin be a good idea as they cover seizures, and help anxiety and migraines? Just an idea and hope it helps, hope your daughter feels better soon x

Yes, Pregabalin is an option. I came off Sertraline and had to go back on it because of withdrawal symptoms. I also have migraines.

My mood is better on Sertraline but I have the side effects.
