Anxiety Apps.

I've started trying some phone apps to tackle my anxiety. They're really good! Anyone else tried?
I've got headspace, which you can just do 10 minutes a day, it's just about finding that bit of time to relax and reflect. Mindshift is another that I've recently downloaded, but haven't tried.
I'm also using Pacifica, it's got loads of techniques for breathing and meditation, as well as live chat rooms to share tips and experiences.
They're definitely worth a try, if they don't work for you that's fair enough, but there's no harm in giving them a go!
