anxiety, asthma, or GERD?

Okay so a long time ago I was diagnosed with GERD after having my very first panic attack due to experiencing the chest pain whcih I didn't know what they were so I freaked out and had to go to the ER. Then my anxiety disorder happened. I completely had lost control and I had anxiety over health and in general. I still do to this day but it's never lead to a full blown panic attack. I didn't treat my GERD due to me forgetting about due to my anxiety taking priority. Fast forward a month later I started edpericing costocondritis pain of tightness under my sternum and ir tigthnwss under my left breast. Right now I'm experiencing tightness on my right side under my breast area. Okay so 6 weeks ago I had a sinus infection it started in my nose and then it lead to a cough and throats that wouldn't go away so I went to the doctors she prescribed me omezaptole thinking it was only because of GERD. I never treated that throat thing it eventually went away but I still have my dry coughs everyday. Not as bad but it feels really dry and kinda scared of it being asthma. Okay fast forward I tried taking my omezaprole but I had bad side effects. I felt uneasy and my arms and legs began tingling. I couldn't stay still. I got restless so I immediately stopped but it worsened my GERD. It's been a couple weeks my idiot self started eating badly and eating stuff that could irritate my GERD and it's making it hard to breathe. I can't exhale enough or inhale completely: Idk should I take the medicine for tonight?

I'm no expert , but it's been my exp with acid reflux that it burns and burns a lot sometimes to the point that you feel like your having a heart attack ,

The burning pain often starts at the base of the breast bone and moves up the center of your chest , some folks with chronic acid reflux or gerd feel this burn daily , and sometimes I often do myself . From what I been told in severe cases of acid reflux and gerd , the burning is so bad that it can cause breathing problems , best to take the meds you were given and don't hesitate to contact the doc if you are having breathing issues .

Oh I forgot here's a good tip , grab some tums ( flavored ok ) and chew on these and swallow them down , the coating effect works well to ease the burn , for the short term , plus they are a great source of calcium
