Anxiety attack after 3 years on 40 mg a day of propanol

Hi I have been on propanol for 3 years and it instantly stopped my anxiety attacks. Racing heart etc however last night I experienced one and it has totally rocked my new found confidence. I have had a busy few weeks and had jet lag this week has this happened to anyone else who has used this tablet to control anxiety?

    Hi, don't worry it can happen cos of your stressful week, I find having an extra 10mg tablet on top really does helps.

    I have 40mg daily but if find having difficulties I top up.
