i got a blender and I do a lot of fruit veggie juicing. My anxiety might be bad but hey my diet is pretty good. The only natural substance I've tried that ever helped my anxiety is cayenne pepper..I pop a couple of those and feel pretty relaxed.
at the moment my ability to afford much of anything is in the sh*tter. Nothing much new for me....

i take advantage of so many great videos. I also see a therapist and I habe gone to group therapy and this one is the best. The group leader leads all of us to live in the NOW. I've read eckhart tolle, and I really agree because it helps me to try to live in the moment. So much out there for everyone. I'm not religious but I do believe in God. I don't see many on these posts that speak of religion as helping them. Maybe they don't want to preach. I just keep digging till I get there I guess. Still I have taken medication as there was no way around it. I am now coming off my medication. It's difficult but it did help me for awhile get back to sleeping and eating...I was missing the most basic items for life
so, I'm hoping I won't need meds after I'm done with this one. I won't know. I'm on the aspergers spectrum, so I think anxiety might be an issue for me till I die. It's okay though. I'm ok with it, if it goes away I'm very good with that!
