Anxiety caushing itchiness?

I've been getting so fed up this week with itchiness!! I've had it for like 3 months now, and I notice I don't get it when I'm sleeping or when I'm distracted - so it seems to be anxiety related?

Has anyone else had this? I don't get the tingling/burning feeling like I read on Google, I just feel itchy randomly on my body and then after scratching it'll be red or even have hives sometimes. Anti itch creams do seem to help, which also makes me think it is anxiety related. But the other day at work I had a huge rash on my neck after scratching, it's annoying =(

Help! lol

Omg my neck is one of the itchiest places hahaha. It's usually the front or sides though for me, but I scratch and it gets all red and sometimes little hives appear and then I have to walk around like that with ppl looking at me -____- so fun

Yes! I don't hear about the itch symptom much on here, but if I google it I see a little info about it. But most stuff I see says u feel a "burning, tingling" on ur skin that matches u itch - I don't feel that I just feel itchy for no reason -_-

I have got this symptom too 😦

I itch on my scalp, face and neck and I swear it's my health anxiety.

Like you, if I am distracted I don't notice it so much but if I am sitting down at work, or at home trying to relax then I can't stop scratching
