Iv been having serious health anxiety lately and every illness I hear about that sounds bad to me I research and automatically think I might have, these are symptoms iv been having:

My legs feel achy allot of the same as if they're either going to stop working or just break

I get pains in my head not just sharpe I get achy ones too that feel very odd and it's different spotts on my head

My lower back feels like the bottom of my spine is being pushed between two balloons and I'm never comfortable

And the brain fog is bad too along with the tense neck

I also get pains and aches around my belly and arms

Iv convinced myself iv got a brain tumour, meningitis, cancer, and more.

If anyone else gets these symptoms please let me know especially the legs and head

This is very normal and it sounds like common health anxiety. This condition has become more prevelant with the rise of diagnostic websites, like WebMD and etc. Just stop googling and start living yourlife, that's it. I had the same condition in the past and it pretty much ruined 2 years of my life. You are fine. If you think of symptoms, your anxiety will simulate them.

    Be well.

Good evening my friend. I can relate to all your symptoms and even your self diagnosis, for I have made the assumptions also myself. I've been dealing with anxiety, panic disorder, ocd and social anxiety from the age of 19 and I'm now 38. I've gone from every little self diagnosis to think of. It's taken me all these years to realize that meds aren't the answer or even solution. What's helped me in this last year is finding peace from within and it started with a video on YouTube by ekhart tolle. He teaches stillness, awareness and the power of now. Being intune with your feelings and thoughts. You see we have the choice to chose our thoughts from negative to positive. Every time you get a negative thought replace it with a positive thought. Our thoughts from our life of pain, struggles, burdens are pre programed and you might not even know it. You need to find peace from within and look for the source of pain inside that you might not be aware of. Use positive affermations to rid yourself of the negative thoughts. Do research on spirituality and learn to live in the moment. Don't worry about what's ahead, live in the moment. U can change all the fears by simple repetition of positive energy. Any questions I am glad to help.

Eckhart tolle. What a guy. Luckily I was already reading his book new earth before all my anxiety kicked off. He didn't help me so much with my anxiety, but he sure does help clear your mind!

Anxiety attacks 70% of the body so its a free for all on symptoms. I have gotten all kinds of wild symptoms..some scary and some i know is patterned with anxiety. Aches and pains are common. Adrenaline rushes can be powerful and as the muscles tense and pulsate aches will occur. The longer the cycles last the more discomfort will arise. But after a while you become familiar with it all and know it is anxiety. Cbt can take you through all that. I have learned big time that it exhausts the body so i take b complex, vitamin D and b13sub lingual. Magnesium glycinate is very useful as well. And drink lits of water. The best help personally has been mindfullness. Belly breathe and clear your mind for two minutes. In those minutes its very calming. It something you gift yourself and very doable. Many have ailments and anxiety too and being diagnoses really doesnt comfort or help with panic attacks. I dont know why anyone thinks it would be comforting it makes it worse and doctors arent nicer or more compassionate. But pinterest has these info graphics and notes so many symptoms on anxiety and how it effects the body. Best to stay away from looking up sumptoms or reading theough other people ailments because hyper sensitive people absorb this and the. Experience some of it and thats horrible too. It definetly alters the quality of life.
