Yes I get these as well on my left side, they come and go as I worry and I have to tell myself they happen because I’m worrying even if I don’t realize I’m having anxiety. The head and neck stiff/ tightness pain is because you tense up when you experience anxiety. I also got joint pain which is also a part of anxiety and when I get these joint pains from anxiety I get even more anxiety from them, it’s an awful cycle. I hope I helped💕

Ok, so no tests done to see why your joints could be aching ? had any heart checks, even just a simple ECG ?

      That's good to hear smile

I haven't heard of joint pain in this condition but what raised my suspicion about heart was angina, search on here for prinzmetal angina, and something not heart related but also raised my eyebrows, also search here for  esophageal spasms, see if any of your symptoms match those 2 conditions, of course it doesn't mean that you have one or the other or both.

As a General rule no, but you know the old saying, never say never,  or the other saying, anything is possible. Same goes with the esophageal spasms, they thought I may of had that at aged 26, that was quite a few years ago for me.
