Anxiety comes and goes same time each month

Hi everyone, every month i have a period of feeling fine, i will go out with friends and feel generally ok. Then randomly each month i get this massive wave of anxiety that just hits me for about a week, sometimes longer and i can't go out, i have panic attacks and have to call an ambulance. I don't know why this keeps happening but i have been to the doctor and they don't do anything, they just say it will pass. It does pass but then it just comes back again. It seems to be 2 weeks of feeling fine and then 2 weeks of feeling terrible and i don't have a clue why it does this. Does anyone else get this? what to do? a while ago i just used to have panic all the time and i could control it but now when it hits me its so strong i can't even control it anymore, i start hyperventalating and end up in hospital at least twice a month rolleyes

I have known both girls and boys named Aiden so I'm sorry if you're a boy and this has no connection with you. But I personally notice that I get worse anxiety around the time when I ovulate and stuff. It could be hormones that peak and decline at certain times of the month. And I know that males go through hormone fluctuation through out the month also. But even when it's not connected to hormones, I do go through highs and lows so i would definitely say it's normal. You're not alone smile

Yeah I get headaches all the time. I get super weird side effects but I jusg have to remind myself that this is an entire mind and body condition. The stress and constant fear that comes with the anxiety takes a real toll on your mind and body. If you have any questions I will definitely give you all the advice and stuff that I can give with my experiences

Try putting on some running shoes, go for a jog, if the weather is bad, do some stationary jogging. I worked myself up to a couple of hours some time ago watching TV. I'm not making light of what your going through, I was there, but never went to doctors. Just accept the big bluff your mind is creating, and do something that your body must be included. It works.
