Do you have a therapist or a counsellor or someone who is trained to help?

When was the last time you saw your doctor?  When was the last time you went to the hospital for help?

Reason im asking is if it severe and you just can not deal anymore go to a hospital. Preferably not one you went to recently. And let them examine you and guide you. Ask them what to so.

I was in hospital few weeks ago with my knee and they checked bloods & they were ok xx

I understand that but right now you are having a terrible time. Maybe they can help you or guide you in some way to fix some of this.

Tell yourself that you are not having a heart attack. Tell yourself that the feeling is uncomfortable but not dangerous! Breathe in count to four. Let it out slowly count to 7. I hope this helps!
