Anxiety depression personality disorder

I have suffered anxiety depression 6 years.ihave tried to commit suicide several times.i have attacked my son with a knife.I have tried to run people over on two occasions. I have been put in mental hospit for few days. Do I tell them this on my pip form

    Absolutely I would have thought but be prepared for the f*ckers to say you are warded zero points for this..

    If you *do* carry through with any of this they can't say they wasn't told about it.

    Hi Mondeey

    Without doubt you should explain how your condition affects you as that is what PIP is all about,

    From what you should argue that you need supervision when venturing out.

    If you could get some medical evidence to back this up such as hospital admissions after suicde attempts and any Psychiatric reports. Not sure how your relationship is with your son but ask him to write a signed statement confirming the incident.

      I have these you mentioned Anthony .i have my discharge paper from mental health institute.it says chance self harm..high possibility...chances suicidal thoughts....high possibility....chances of hurting somebody else....moderate

      Get copies and include them with your PIP assessment as they are evidence which is very relevant to your situation.

    Hi mondeey1                                                                                                                                     You should at least get the higher points under the ( ENGAGEING WITH OTHER PEOPLE ) descriptors, due to them actions. Ta.

    hi mondeey ye hun tell them as much information as you can,if you have evidence letters then put all that in hope it all works out for you hun nasty illness mental health problems take care xxx
