Anxiety/depression symptom normal or not?

I had a really bad panic attack about a week and a half ago and it sent me into a kind of tail spin.

I have an MD appointment this week, but I have a headache type symptom, and I'm not sure if it's normal or not.

It feels almost like a really dull headache/discomfort. It's almost like I can pinpoint the part of my brain that's malfunctioning. Sounds weird I know, but is that a normal anxiety/depression symptom?

Hi Audrey ... I was experiencing headaches for ab a month and was fearing the worst.. they have subsided now but I am experiencing loads of other symptoms related to anxiety...

    Weakness/tremor and extreme panic disorder..

Headaches have gone for now but recently I get that tightness feeling in my chest and I thought I was having a heart attack!

But my doctor and consultant have reassured me I am experiencing all physical symptoms of stress.. Hope this helps wink x
