Yep that sounds exactly like most of us. Hi stress and anxiety will definitely irritate the digestive system. Google some calming techniques. Meditation music and nature/water sounds works great to help bring me down. I turn it on and listen while I do whatever it is I'm doing and it really helps me come down a notch.

Welcome to the forum. ..The begining of it is terrible. All kinds of symptoms are happening and you just have no clue what is going on or how to get a grip. Id say the first year or two is horrible in terms of accepting it and adjusting to it and realizing it is an actual disorder in itself. Do not do not look up symptoms this will lead you down a dead end  destructive path. Search  cbt for anxiety, or remedies for anxiety disorder. You were vague in terms of the severity so search remedies for what ever you have been diagnosed with.pinterest is great for remedies and ideas. You can read thru this forum you will see different severities, different stages and how people deal with it. Know it wont kill you, even if the symptoms try and fear you into believing that and know it will get to the point it comes and goes. Therapy is a fantastic starting point as you journey thru all this. Utube has videos on anxiety and anxiety disorders,  to tell you experinces would take uo pages upon pages, you need to read thru the forum. Knowledge is very important in all this is squash the fear.

I totally agree with you lisa I have been on cbt for three weeks and it has helped so much but also this forum has been amazing even just to get the reassurance that someone is going through the same as you brings some relief and that anxiety symptoms wont kill us lol

That sounds like anxiety to me. I have very bad anxiety matter a fact sitting here in bed right now panicking because the right side of my face has been numb the past 5 days and it keeps getting worse I went to the emergency room twice this week thinking I was having a stroke both doctors said it was anxiety. I hate this disease and what it can do to you I can't even work anymore I just keep having panic attacks. Does anyone else experience face numbness? Could it be something else? I'm really scared
