I have dealt with major anxiety since I was 10 and am now 27. I tried so many medicines but this past year my doctor started me on pail and it has been an absolute life saver. My anxiety was so bad I was hateful to my kids and cried constantly because of this and my hands shook. Since i started paxil I'm a diff happy person. Maybe it would be a good fit for you.

There are a lot of medications out there you will find one that will help. You must also give the medication time to work around 3 to 4 weeks even longer. You must also talk to a proffesional person as well, discussing how you feel and find keys to help you when you have an attack, it does work. Oh by the way sometimes when you try a new drug your symptoms seem to get worse. Ride it through untill you start to feel better, I call this brain reboot

i would suggest theraoy, but with someone who seems knowldegable. And cbt at least to understand the rationale needed to cooe. Theres so much out there in this stuff. It really will be what resonates with you.
Eating balanced and high magnessium and potassium foods are good. Anti inflammatory diets are very useful. And keep hydrated.
finding a projest or something hands on to do that you enjoy is good. The brain and mind need a healthy iutket where you can keave the world of anxiety thoughts,
yoga, reiki they are good. Deep breathing with the belly.
It all comes down to figuring out how to retrain your brain. They have nueroplasty that talks about that and epigentics or something like that.
ginger calm the body, celery juice every day (need a juicer) is helpful. Juicing is actully all together a useful thing. They have many anxiety recipies.
pinterest has tons and tons of self help for all this.
this is how we are so there comes a point in time where you need to wave your flag and surrender. Accept it all. Not look for it but accept it for what it is.
maybe we will get very lucky and they will figure this all out.
anyone with a ton of pages boasting quick fix, cure or stuff like that is a gimmick. Thats a cruel claim. They can only guide you or teach you to self calm or eat well.
The best things i ever did was biofeedback. Walk alot or work out nothing extreme. I do use meditatiions.. I tend to stay with the guided ones but some feel better to do on your own, i dont know yet how to do that well...yet.

Everyone is different; I like exercizes and eating well, pills never agree with me and many are very adictive or cause you to have a dependancy, which imo, feels like addicition.
