Anxiety during and before menstrual cycle

Hello,
I used to have issues during and before my menstrual cycle. Since 2 years it got worse. First, I did not correlate the timing, but after having more of these issues I started to keep track and I see that I have some sort of an anxiety disorder during my cycles.
I feel like I will die. I am anxious about everything. Today I saw a little boy who hit his head to the table and I started to cry...
I have some physical symptoms as well. It first started with the left arm. The muscle at the front above the wrist became very tense and I felt like loosing the control of my hand. The the right hand-side. The rot of my tongue was also stiff. This was accompanies by severe heart beats waking me up during my sleep. I went to see doctors, had my blood tested for every single vitamin and mineral, ECGs for heart. I also went to have an MR of the brain and saw a neurologist as the last resource. No one was able to diagnose.
I have difficulty in conceiving a baby as well. I do not know what is going on but this effects my whole life from my relationships to my work.
Here is my question: Does anyone else have these issues?
I want to feel normal this is consuming me. I am trying to manage this by using passionflower extract which works most of the time. It is not addictive and does not have any side effects to my knowledge. So I feel safe while using it.
I found this https://www.urmc.rochester.edu/encyclopedia/content.aspx?contenttypeid=85&contentid=p00580 might this be what I am going trough?
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
What is premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD)?
Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a much more severe form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It may affect women of childbearing age. It’s a severe and chronic medical condition that needs attention and treatment. Lifestyle changes and sometimes medicines can help manage symptoms.
Thank you all.

Yes it sounds like you have hormonal issues that are causing all of your mental and physical symptoms associated with your period. Mine started when i was 32 years old with the pmdd just around my menstrual cycle but as the years passed i got progressively worse....im now 41 in perimenopause and it is so brutal i can barely leave my house!! I rarely get any relief now from my symptoms, i have tried everything even antidepressants but they had their own side effects that made it even more brutal. Im just trying to survive day by day but it is so awful! Hormones are very powerful and if they are just s little imbalanced they can wreck havoc on the body and give you the craziest symptoms. just note that blood tests wont show a big imbalance most of the time, if your hormones are "in the normal" range of what the drs think is normal they will say your fine but just a little more of one hormones fluctuation can make you feel awful. You arent crazy!

Moderator deleted my message to you.
I am 39 and I feel these since 2 years. I hope to find a permanent solution. I use some meditation videos online. You can find them too. I gave a link to you in my previous message but it was deleted probably they did not want me to post it here which I find weird... Healing meditations that are short and long are mostly calming for me. Please try them if you did not yet. Do you drink coffee or tea? Does is escalate your symptoms? I think they do for me...

Yeah i dont think they like any types of links for some reason? I drink decaf tea now, for years i drank decaf coffee but my symptoms were pretty bad....the tea hasnt changed the stomach issues much. i even tried eating clean and organic for 2 whole months!! I still felt the same way and i was much poorer lol cause its an expensive lifestyle. My anxiety has calmed down finally in the past year surprisingly...i tried meditation and counseling but it never helped. I truly believe the brain has some type of trigger connection with hormone fluctuations and the body reacts accordingly to them be it nausea, dizziness, anxiety etc. The reason i believe this is im nauseated alot with my hormones but every time i tried antidepressants and stopped them my next period i would always get so sick i would vomit no matter what! And obviously antidepressants affect the brain and hormones...so i guess i dont think anything we do will make it go away. I think some things may lessen the symptoms a tad for a bit but they are still there making our life hell until the hormones and brain chemicals decide to live with each other in their new form. I have just decided to give in to it and live my life the best i can on the very infrequent semi good days cause i have no choice and that is what im reduced to, but im so jealous of all the ladies who dont have this issue!

Do you think that it will continue after the menopause too? I hope not! 😃)
I think we can get better if can find a way to fix this. Lately I am reading about the gut bacteria. May be they can help?
I make my on yogurt at home.
Stomach problems are caused by a parasite called "Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), it is a type of bacteria. These germs can enter your body and live in your digestive tract. After many years, they can cause sores, called ulcers, in the lining of your stomach or the upper part of your small intestine."
It causes nausea and vomiting. Sometimes they can become more active. Might that be your problem did you have a test? I think this is something you must look into. Read about gut bacteria as a last resort. I already did but did not put it in my life yet but I will.
Do you have thyroid issues? I have hypo thyroid...

YEP i had that h pylori test and my dr rolled her eyes when i wanted it done.....it was negative, i had all sorts of tests done, ive had my thyroid tested very frequently and it is always in the normal range. as far as it lasting clear into menopause god i hope not! I have seen some women who said they did get better in menopause and then i seen women who said they are still sick 8 years into menopause! I think its just the way your brain processes whats going on with the hormones...it is confused and for some reason sees fluctuating hormones as a disease so it causes all of your bodily systems to go haywire lol i have no idea what we can do to help ourselves but i do know that some of my symptoms have gotten better...like the headaches....they were soooo bad for like 2 years now i never get them, i was getting hotflashes almost daily for a year but they are very scattered now and less intense, but man my nausea and dizziness just wont go away!
