Anxiety - Fast heart beat and flutters

Just wondering if anybody else runs a fast heart beat. I recently had a heart monitor put on and my average bpm were 99. Every time I check my pulse its 100-115. I also sometimes feel flutters in my heart, pains and the pounding feeling in my chest. The ECG in the heart monitor only showed my fast heartbeat which the doctor says is in the great concern. I'm going to push for further testing and find why I'm having all these symptoms even when my anxiety isn't bad.

I’m assuming that you meant the doctor wasn’t concerned about your fast heart rate.
If you have anxiety, the heart rate increases and even the rate over 100 is common and not dangerous. It’s caused by adrenaline your brain releases and will be used up.
Flutters, pounding, skipped beats and even pain are very common with Anxiety..
Anxiety Symptoms can occur ANYTIME, even when you don’t feel anxious .
You can get further testing, but don’t be surprised when it comes out normal.
Ive been through this for many years and learned that anxiety can mimic more serious conditions and that’s why people get scared. With anxiety, the symptoms are not the problem. Unmanaged anxiety is the problem which leads to the symptoms.
The symptoms are the body’s way of telling you that there is too much stress.
Speaking to a counselor often helps. Listen to meditations on you tube for anxiety.
Feel better!,🌸🌸🌸😁

Thank you. Yes I did mean isn't. I agree with you, I do think it's all anxiety related but just want to get checked to make sure. I do talk to counslor which helps as well as walking a lot. So hopefully these symptoms will go away or not he as bad now that I'm feeling better.

I was walking in the evenings and on breaks at work. I found that helped. Now with the colder weather and darker evenings I don't get out as much but my goal is to start again. Did your heart rate get better ?

I’ve recently gone through a host of different injuries that have limited my time in the gym, quite sad actually because although I’m by no means out of shape or unathletic looking people I meet look back at my instragram from as recently as 6 months ago and go “dude you used to be jacked” lol..

115 is fast to you lol .. mines is so scary I be in the 120-137 and if I'm having a panic attack I reach the 180's .. but you are anxious when u want to check your heart rate which can cause anxiety.. thinking something is wrong causes anxiety.. I go through this often lol it's a bad habit.. I keep thinking the drs didn't find my underlying disease but it's all in my head.. sometimes I feel weak and I'm like on no something's wrong let me check my heart rate depending on the day I could be in the 110-117 or the 120-130 but I stop and tell myself im fine I'm just over reacting I breathe and play a game on my phone and my heart rate dropped so fast I was back in the 90's but I say go to the drs just so u can get that piece of mind that u really are ok .. trust me I needed it too I thought I had a blood clot kidney infection or some bad uti but it was all in my head they ran all these test and told me I'm fine and since then I have been able to control my anxiety sooo much better without medication.. but you will be fine love ??
