anxiety (frequent headaches)

Hi I have anxiety I think 1 ov my symptoms is frequent headaches does any 1 else get these I just need a bit of reassurence I had blood tests and blood pressure done and 1 other test they all came back fine the headaches arnt stopping me from doing day to day things but its getting quite annoying having them for few days then stops the comes back shall I go to drs and get a mri scan just to be clear or is it my anxiety playing up idk Help please

    I keep them constantly as well between the anxiety and the meds they keep happening

      Im not on any medication if u dont mind me asking how long has you headaches gone on for and was they happening before taking meds

      Ive always had headaches but I can tell a difference between them and the ones I get now with the anxiety its a pain in my neck and back of my head and feels like something wraoped around my head at times

      Myn are at the side of my head some times It can be on left the some times it can be on right or I could be both  is this normal

      Stress headaches r a constant issue many suffer them .. Any no. Of issues..

    Yes as far as I have learned thats just a part of the anxiety u dont realize how ur thinkin in the back of ur mind and the silent thoughts cause the symptoms like the headaches

      Just to make sure and to be clear it is  normal lol sorry for been a pain in arse just concerned its doing my head in lol

      Yes it is normal with anxiety I feel that way alot my head is pounding right now
