anxiety from diagnosis of an eye freckle help!!!

Has anyone on this forum been diagnosed with a freckle or mole inside their eye? It's causing me great anxiety even though I know the chance of it becoming something bad are slim and supposedly there are many people that have these .., i need to stop obsessing over this!!! I'm so anxious !!!

    My daughter has an eye freckle. No need to care at all. They can remove it if it bugs you so much you know. They told my daughter that, we said no thank you. No need to cut anything for no reason. Its pigment, all it is is pigment. So try and forget about it completely.she was scared at first too i had the opthamologist sit and have a chat with her. Oh boy they are very common too.

      MY freckle is actually in the back of my eye and can't be removed , it just needs to be watched so that it doesn't grow or change. Your daughters freckle must be in the white part of the eye I'm guessing . Thanks for replying , I'm just dealing with the anxiety of it all...

    Hello, My sister has this, she went through various tests and thought it would be a cancer. It was not. Like you it was just a freckle behind the eye. She has had it for years with no issues at all. Hope this helps calm your fear somewhat. It is a common thing apparently

      Thanks so much for replying , I'm learning it is quite common but still nerving to me. Anxiety is just making it all worst ...
