There are so many conditions that affect those three things including stress, and posture. It could be a simple fix. Have you been to your doctor to check on those things?

I went to doctors she said everything seemed fine with me checked all my eyes ears and balance and stuff said if I wanted to go opticians I could for more reassurance was then told that I need glasses.

I just can’t get the worry out of my headsad

I have constant pressure in the side of my head. I went to a neurologist and he said I just have migraines. He is going to do an MRI once the insurance approves it. I've had this feeling longer than the chest pains. I also have dizziness and some ear pressure but those symptoms can be caused by a lot of different things as well.

There was a span of like 3 months where I had headaches everyday and feared things. I had zaps, pressure a lot of things. I went to my doctor and she said she was pretty confident it wasn’t anything serious looked at my most recent cat scan from when I broke my jaw and said it was totally clear.  Once I started to accept that it was probably anxiety they became a lot less frequent. They still pop up now and then and make me anxious but they’re usually gone the next day now.

Yeah mine has been everyday for a week now I’ve been doctors and eye test just still can’t get over the worry I feel that I have something way more serious! What sort of headaches was you experiencing? My head just feels constantly heavy and achy!

I had intense migraines, I would have pressure or I would have zaps. Headaches are common in anxiety. I’ve had every kind of headache you could imagine. Once you find a way to get your mind away from the worst case scenarios I bet your headaches improve.

I definitely agree I have all kinds of headaches and then the intense stabbing pain that only lasts a few seconds. As my anxiety gets better they get better as well.

You need to find peace that it’s nothing serious. I think when you accept that you’ll find that your symptoms improve, might not disappear but improve

Try treating you neck with warm/hot water directed from your shower head, then put some NSID cream on your neck. You will get the cream from a chemist

When do youget your glasses, you could try eye drops in the morning and night that may help dry etes

Has your GP given you any medications for Anxiety ?

You could try Mindfulness Relaxation Technique, that will help you calm your mood

Put the cream on after your bath or shower, with the heat the skin is clean and the pores are more open and take the cream better.

When you get your glasses hopefully your headaches will reduce, although in winter the poor light does give eye strain, headaches. Your glasses will help you concentrate and prevent eye strain.

If your Anxiety is really bad and you are in distress with it, your GP may suggest medications, take them and hopefully you will feel better.

It may also help for you to have some CBT and you will get coping techniques like Mindfulness.
