Anxiety help

Hi all 

Just an update am in my 3rd week of my IPAT cbt course and going ok it's a lot to take in but they help you deal with it and give you tips how to control urself when u feel one coming on

    Glad yours is helping.. My therapy isn't going so well.. Any tips on what your learning would be helpful..

      Mine helping in the way that speaking to others and knowing am not alone! I found breathing right when in a panic helps and teach how to switch negative into positives like my problem is I feel like am gonna pass out when in a busy place but now I go out and tell myself I've never passed out so why am I going to do it now! You gotta be strong minded you got to fight it mate

    Kevin I am so glad that the CBT course is helping you.  My daughter is training to be a counsellor and she said all counsellors use this in UK.  She is finding the course really hard, but worthwhile.  She would be so pleased to know that this is helping you. 

    I think it is great that it gives tips on how to control yourself when you feel anxiety coming on.  Could you let us know what these tips are.
