So my anxiety I feel like is making me go crazy I don’t know what to do anymore like I think I have been dealing with it for so long that I have put it in my head that it’s not anxiety that it’s something more but I have been to the ER over 10times I have been to a cardiologist have done all kinds of test from stress test to wearing a heart monitor for a month I just don’t know what to do my symptoms are headaches neck pain worrying all the time can’t sleep eat can’t even sit down and chill and watch tv with my mind rushing the whole time I just have no chill my doctor has gave me lorazepam to calm me down but I hate taking pills for anything like growing up I never even took pain pills for headache to now my doctor saying I need a pill to make it threw the day but it’s like even when I don’t feel like i am stress I still have the lightheaded pressure feel in my head so then feeling like that always bring the anxietylike what is wrong i have even thought maybe I was lightheaded from blood pressure or something but every time I just that it’s fine so basically every test or anything I have done they all come back fine and they say it’s stress/anxiety but it just sucks feeling like this everyday and I just started counseling have only had one meeting so far and all we did was just talk about everything and how I feel and it was over so hopefully now we will start working on things

You should really try meditation. There is a FB messenger bot you can get called meditation not. Or you can download for free from Google play store an ap called The Daily Calm. It walks you through meditation from beginners to pros. It has a 7 day meditation that if you do it everyday I know it will make a lot of difference for you. It helped me & I used to be more nervous than a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. When I started I had never in my life ever even herd of much less tried meditation. Really hope you'll try it.
