Hi all
I'm new to this site an also new to having anxiety disorder, I keep experiencing all these new feelings mostly pains, an I don't know if they are normal or just me being ott an worrying again. My latest problem is this tight feeling almost like a cramp in the my throat / jaw, I've been checking my mouth also, done the ultimate an went on Google an now convinced myself I've got cancer of the mouth or throat! Does anyone else experience these things? X

Hey Scott , I understand exactly what you mean and are saying , the righting of the neck and pain in that jaw . I have the same thing , even while typing this I feel it now . I think it has something to do with your mussels after an attack from shaking or trembling . Because they're stiff from the trembling . That's my guess I hope to give you more input from my phaychiatrist

Once in a blue moon I have chest pain, pain in the back of my throat, jaw, and ears. It only happens during times of extreme stress. Usually my anxiety presents as nervousness and fear. For me, those physical symptoms only happen on rare occasions but I have to lie down when it happens because it's very painful. I had my heart checked out so I know it's just the stress and anxiety. You're not alone.

Hey I do get these same feelings , I make my self burp because I think it's too much gas in my body so I try to realease it . But that doesn't help , I assume it's normal because I've had tightening around the throats and jaw . I get your worry.
