yes I do its awful isn't it? Makes me sweat and my stomach churns. I've been like this for years. I'm having cognitive behavioural therapy at the moment to see if it helps
Have you been to see your doctor about it and are you taking medication for anxiety?

anxiety in the morning is very common. And adrenaline can build up overnight. i’ve had that many many times. The first thing you want to do is make sure you are breathing properly with anxiety. There’s a very short excellent meditation on YouTube and she talks you through it. It completely relaxes me and any symptoms I may have and brings down my heart rate. Go to YouTube and search for stop panic attacks now , then scroll down to one called don’t panic in black letters. Lay down and listen and do exactly what she says. There are lots of meditations on YouTube for anxiety.
I find it best to just get out of bed in the morning and don’t leave there with anxiety controlling you. Get busy doing something else. We have to have the mentality that we are in control not anxiety or fear.

our bodies naturally produce more cortisol in the morning. it is meant to help us get up and get things done. try to see it as something helpful and not anxiety. hope this helps. and mine is that way too.
