Hey,
Ive been on sertraline 50mg for the past 9 months and have been feeling fine but i recently went to a festival and drank and now my anxiety has hit back and I now feel like im going to be like this forever and I cant get rid of the pit in my stomach. Everything feels like im in a dream and spaced out. Will i feel happy again? Should I see my doctor?

You should speak to your doctor. People are saying that drinking "resets" antidepressants, no idea if it's true, or maybe you need to up your dose.
