As someone like myself, who suffers from severe anxiety and have been through the ER before, thinking my life was in danger, I can definitely relate on this. Anxiety can happen for no reason, usually whenever I feel like something is wrong with me, I do some meditation videos on YouTube to help calm down my anxious mind and it usually works well for me. I deal with anxiety everyday and it's really annoying to deal with, I get constant headaches, chronic fatigue, feel dizzy and I get worried about my health, but I'm still here. Main thing you should do is distract yourself, for example, watch some of your favorite shows or movies, hangout with friends or family or just go for a nice walk, this is another option I find that can help. I'm still working on dealing with my anxiety and I hope others who are dealing with it as well, can overcome it too. Hope this information helps.

I work out and try to keep my mind off of things but it doesn't seem to help. it's annoying and I just want to be normal again. I cut so much out of my life caffeine, alcohol, ect. anything that can aggravate it I cut it off cause I rather give them things up then deal with everyday panic attacks that lead me to the hospital. But here I am still going to hospital even though I gave all that up in December. I don't even remember being this anxious when I did drink but I am over a 100 days sober now and I plan on staying that way.

Hi Shanny, have you got any major sleeping issues at all - I keep getting jolted awake all the time when trying to sleep. It's a living hell for all dealing with this s**t! Human species is flawed lol

Sometimes I have major sleeping issues as I'm always constantly worried about my health, it's definitely annoying though whenever I try to get ready for bed and then my panic attacks start to happen out of nowhere. I hate that. But good thing whenever the panic attacks start to subside, my body gets tired out and I end up falling asleep for the night. Hope you can find a way to overcome this.

I workout 5 days out of the week and I can so relate, it doesn't help me at all whenever I feel anxious, even though my doctor recommended for me to do something to distract myself. I feel like nothing is working out for me except for meditation videos on YT, is the only thing calming down my panic attacks and helps me from stop stressing. As much as I would really love to help you, I'm still in a battle with my anxiety disorder myself, but really wishing and hoping we can both overcome this. Handling anxiety alone is really hard, seeing a therapist is usually recommended.
