Anxiety is killing me with this

I guess this is an update on a previous post from a couple months back.

I've had some bumps on the road with this penis thing for a while now and a lot has improved but some still scares me. I know most of you aren't qualified to give me an opinion on my issues but your thoughts and advice does help. Two doctors have looked at my issue which at first I thought might be balanitis or a yeast infection (I am still hoping for yeast)I have tried several creams some seem to have some relief others show no difference after days. The second doctor I saw gave me a ketoconazole cream which I tried to no avail. Hydrocortisone, Lotrimin af, Terrasil, Urefined pure virgin coconut oil even vaseline. Many days I feel great no burning no irritation like before I can masturbate knowing I wont have a rash that i have to put on hyrdrocortisone and pray the irritations goes away which it typically does over night. My current concern is a scary one that has crossed my mind before and keeps me up at night the might be ulcers from dry sex or masturbation or syphillis. They aren't painful and the first one I got was from me picking at the skin on my inner foreskin. I got the first one around May 30th and it seemed to look better after a month but a couple days ago I had sex with my girlfriend and albeit the sex was dry and kind of uncomfy but then I noticed the spot that had gotten better got red and irritated and another one had gotten red and irritated. I put vaseline on my whole penis and by the next hours they were not as red. It has been two days since this and they do not get red unless I mess with them but in the back of my mind im still worried as towards what this is. Could this be syphillis? a yeast infection? psiorasis? I feel like im going insane. I also noted a fishy smell from my penis which it smells like smegma after a couple days of no showering but after washing with only water the smells persistsimage this is the first spot i picked at image and the most recent

I know you have posted elsewhere on here in the last day or so but you did not give the detailed explanation you give here.

So, I would suggest two lines of approach: i.) to give you peace of mind go get tested for the potential sexual related infections you are suggesting; and, ii.) find a Dermatologist who specialises in Genital Health conditions.

One further thing to note: if you are regularly applying a Hydrocortisone and applying lots of other stuff as well you could be in a situation where one of the skin applications is outdoing the benefits of another.

I use Clobetasol very regularly and in the early days I often found I received very little benefit from it because I was not sufficiently rubbing it into my infected skin. I can apply liquid coconut oil, but what I do is apply the Clobetasol in the morning then the coconut oil late at night or in the early hours of the next day for sex or masturbation.
