Hi, i've been dealing with anxiety since i was diagnosed with rhumatiod arthritis at 23. For the past 2 months i've been so ill im not myself at all and always feel really out of it.After A&E and 3 doctors appointments they tell me its just anxietyapart from my arthritis everything is fine.I have had blood tests and chest xrays and the blood results only show inflammation because of my RA. i've been feeling so dizzy and i keep tensing my chest which makes me feel like i'm about to faint. Also really chesty? ive had a dry cough with chest pains for months when i press my chest it feels tender and sore. i sometimes feel like my chest is hallow which really freaks me out. Recently i've also felt like someone is sitting on my eyes i'm so exhausted and fatigued but its awful. My sleep is just so bad i have a heavy chest and full of worry but also feel so poorly. If anyone has had these symptoms and has got better please reply i would love to hear from someone who can relate to me.

Hi there thank you for replying, my last doctors appointment was October 1st. The nurse said its just bad anxiety which has most likely built up from stress due to my illness. The physical symptoms are really horrible though.
