Anxiety kicking in over cleaning products!!

This is totally mad, was just cleaning the bathroom with some spray. The smell was so strong in my nose and throat like it was burning. I carried on, but now my throat is sore and I feel my breathing is funny.

Anxiety kicking in thinking I've done some damage. Didn't wear gloves my hands feel a bit funny.

It's cheap stuff from lidl, have used before without any problems but can't help worrying.

    Amy, I can relate. I've done this a few times.

    The first time I didn't take any notice until someone pointed out my hands still smelt of flash :D then I began to worry about t harming me. Once I realised it hadn't I suddenly started to worry about the chemicals harming my cat (I have OCD and so my anxiety can do this.) in the end I stopped using them and went over to natural products for a while...Anxiety eh rolleyes
