Anxiety left arm pain?

Anyone suffer from left arm going numb or tingling? Sometimes right arm so?

    Sounds like you have constricted your nerves running from your neck across your shoulders into your arms

    roll you shoulders rotate arms move and stretch check sitting and sleeping position

    I get numb arms all the time, with a slight aching in them, or my hand and fingers even when I feel  "ok".  Just anxiety, don't panic.

    Yes this is my biggest issue. It freaks me out because I think that I'm having a heart attack and then the worry sends me to a full blown panic attack
