    I get the same pain in my left shoulder blade, very strange..

    Right muscles- over use syndrome twisting upper back nothing serious see an osteopath

    Yes I'm the same I get it in both right and left but mainly left

      This often postural the worse one is usually opp the hand /arm you use more and because laptop tablets mobiles require small repetative motions sets up inflammation

    I suffered chronic anxiety and through that I too have trapezium pain I left as well as right.Im right handed and pain is worse in left,has developed into chronic pain although hoping a rigid exercise regime with push ups and band work will assist major  and minor Pec muscles to allign jutted shoulders.

    Ive had this mild pain in left shoulder blade for about 12 month.went doctors early on and did bloods and xray and found nothing.im scared its cancer.just comes and goes.
